This is a large premium krill species, Euphausia superba, that are packed full of omega-3 fatty acids and also carotenoids that will bring out the coloration in your fish. In nature, krill are an important part of the oceanic food chain (known as a keystone species), and in the home aquarium, are readily accepted by carnivorous fish and invertebrates, both freshwater and marine. So delicious, they are used as conditioning food for finicky eaters and supply essential natural marine protein.
V20 Foods Krill Superba Frozen Food are frozen fresh and never cooked. Available in flat packs, they are Phytoplankton-enriched for coloration and complete nutrition.
